I live in the Buford Lawrenceville area. I dont have my boat here and I'm looking for a good area to do some bank fishing on lake lanier. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Welcome. Sorry but I do not know anything about Lanier. Most folks on here fish from boats but I would think someone could point you in the right direction. Good Luck Rev!

Welcome to the board. Hopefully ,I will be able to help a little in the future . My kids are moving up by the dam. I bought a map to start studying and found out after I got home that there is a north lake map and a south lake map. Of course I bought the north . Good luck.

Welcome to the boards Rev. You might also do some research on the net for some public fishing areas on Lanier. I havent looked hard but you may come up with something. Here's a quick look that might be useful...

Trying around the bridge is where I would start also. If you don't have much luck try to find a bank with a dropoff close to the bank with some cover in the water.
Welcome to the forum. Great site. You'll learn alot. Good luck fishin.
