Who ever reads credits, they go by so fast. If the host wants to mention who keeps the boats tip top then that's another story.

Yeah, I agree with Rawhide and would like to add that when the show airs we (real fishermen) will probably be fishing as most of the shows target those who don't fish or even own boats but are wanting too...I like many of you would probably miss this show especially since the season is starting back up...I think that a (bill board) on a major route to large impoundments would better suit his needs.JOE

I fish a lot of tournaments and the only way I fine help on the road is by advertisements on t.v. and in the news papers. I would go for it! at least look at the dell; good luck...Larry

Even if I heard it on TV/radio I would still asked someone about the service, etc.... How many times have you saw something on TV/radio and then come to this very forum and asked others about it. I agree with Papasage. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising.

I vote NO I wouldn't do it unless there was time taken during at least one show to meet and greet owner.
    Birddog,

I pray that I may live to fish until my dying day. And when it comes to my last cast I then most humbly pray. When in the Lord's great landing net and peacefully asleep. That in His mercy I be judged, BIG ENOUGH TO KEEP.

i wouldnt. and to be honest. i never watch the credits. best way to get business is word of mouth. if they arent talking, get out and do the talking yourself with prices that cant be beat. guarantee you will beat anyones price no matter what is a big one for me. ive done that with my side "handyman" jobs and have been booked for weeks ahead!

YES he has decided to do the work, It equals $500 and he gets verbal mention once, credits on every show this year, full tax write-off at end of the year , and his guys aren't that busy at this time and paying them anyway... Sounds like a good deal for both...Thanks to all that responded...JOE F.
