    Default 2014 Calendars

I did order a few of Slab's calendars for gifts this year. I love the pics but would love to know the location or story of this pic.

I would also like to see the moon phases posted to the months. I wrote the full and new moons on the cals I give away.

Not too many years ago, you could order a calendar with the moon phases and the major/minor feeding times. We called it a fishing calendar. I guess now this info is available on those smart phones. Even my pathfinder watch list the major/minors and the tide chart for my location and our GPS units also have this.

I wish I were more high tech.......

My Grandfather owned a farm and a grinding mill, so my dad grew on a farm. My dad always bought a Farmer's Almanac and I used to read it when I was a kid. It had the most interesting things in it. I haven't seen one in years.
