    Default Batteries

What have you found to be the best brand and series batteries that are moderately priced. I can't spend a lot per battery. I will be running two 12v deep cycles in parallel.

I have had good luck with the walmart deep cycle, Had it over a year and can still long line for 10 hours on it but there has been changes in their warranty so not sure if I will go that route again unless I know for sure they will replace it if needed

For the money, the walmarts are hard to beat. I know people thats trolled the interstates and optimas and cant get more than 2-3 years from them which is about the same as what you'll get from walmarts.

I used to have to buy a new battery every year until I started using Energizer 12Volt Deep Cycle Batteries from Sam's Club. I have used these batteries for 3 years and have not had to replace them yet. I use a fully charged battery for 10 hours straight and still have a strong charge at the end of the day. My boat does not have an alternator, so that is pretty darn good. Pretty amazing battery, try it and let me know what you think.

The energizer has served me well also. I am on my third year with plenty left at the end of the day.

Check with Central Baterries in Milledgeville . Refurbished deep cycle batteries at about 30 to 40 bucks . Dont 't own one yet but will be my next stop when current ones go bad. Some people swear by them.
