Well, here we go again to Astor this coming August FM. Be there Aug 18, 19, 20, 21 with my brother from Suwannee, Fl, and an old friend (81 years young) and his boat companion from Rochelle, Ga., staying at our usual place, South Moon Fish Camp. Will be after those copper head breams, crackers, and hybrids. In the past, have had excellent success fishing in August FM, from sunrise till 10am, then a siesta, back out from 3pm till 7pm. Then it's time open the cooler and fire up the grill. Yes, your are correct, it is hot in August, but if the action is good, fluids and sunscreen will get you through the day. Good fishing to all.
