Thread: New SW Ohio Guy

Howdy I'm Zach and I just joined this forum. I heard about it on Ohio game fishing forum and decided to check it out. I'm a southwest Ohio fishermen. This is my first year targeting crappie. I discovered the passion for crappie last summer fishing local lakes. I fish Eastfork,Stonelick,PaintcreekRocky Fork and Cowan lakes. I am a novice crappie fishermen but have fished my whole life mostly catfish bass and carp. I own a 14ft alum V-bottom. All I have right now is a trolling motor but it's been getting me around ok. I also have a 10ft Jon boat and I like to bank fish as well.

I"m gonna try the Eastfork crappie tournaments at the Boars head this year. I figured it to be a good way to meet more people in the fishing community and maybe make a few friends and also learn more about crappie fishing.
