Brown Woolly Bugger - A use for leftover hooks...
Had a leftover Aberdeen hook, so I tied a brown woolly bugger. Actually, I have a bunch of leftover #4 Aberdeen hooks.
It's the first fly that I've tied in a few years.
Materials:- Mustad 3261 Aberdeen hook (#4).
- Lion Suede Chenille - mocha color.
- UTC Ultra Thread (brown) - 140 denier.
- Brown neck hackles (2).
- Brown marabou feather.
Simple to tie and should catch a fish. Smallmouth bass are reported to like these.

Last bugger for a while. Cut a silver bead chain for the eyes.
Fun to tie. Can't wait to grab a fly rod this spring.
