When you have fishing bred into you through generations of fisherman, there comes a "sense" whether the crappie are there or not.
This year my "sense" told me they were not., and they werent----BUT today Mid April i have the sense they are here bedding a last go---and waiting on me, Crappiegirl1 to come out and play.
I havent even smelled them once this year and old fisherman know that smell, and very few have it.
Friday , im going to scout around and see where the little devils are trying to hide and what they want for dinner.
I shall let you know.
