Hey guys, haven't been on in a while been busy with everything but fishing. Doug texted me the news I couldn't believe it...Vic was a speck fishing legend, he could catch em and most likely limit in any lake. He taught me a lot and was always good company when I had time to spend with him on and off the water. The last time I speck fished was last fall on Monroe, I was fishing with him in the Red tracker. We cleaned house that day, almost 50 keepers by noon. Last I talked to him was about a month and a half ago....tight lines upstairs buddy u will be missedAnchor Man this pic is the last biggin we caught together Name: Snapchat-1906892083.jpg

I can’t thank you all enough for your kind words. We can’t pick our family but we can pick our friends and Vic picked the best. Vic and I were fortunate to share a long life together (61 yrs) traveling and fishing. Never thought I would say this but I will miss not long-lining from the back of the boat. It will be odd not having Vic walk beside me. Eileen

I have not been on CC for sometime. Today I have just learned of Vic’s passing. Marlene and I are very upset for you. I have truly been honored to have know Vis and yourself. To me Vic was the best spider fishing man I have come across. He always helped me out with learning the art. Just wanted to let you know that Marlene and I sent our Sincere and heartfelt Condolences to you and your family and friends. He will rest with God and the Crappie

I have just signed on, after a short illness, AGAIN! The news of Vic passing hits hard, as i considered myself, as most of you did great friends with Vic and Eileen. If we dint see each other each year we phoned each other.I cannot image Eileens grief--they were high school sweethearts that got married and stayed married. My heart is heavy! Tight lines Vic!
