    Default Monroe/Jessup 2-25-24

    No sewage seen at Monroe.

Started in deep water where we had found some fish a month ago and only got 3.

Ran to Jessup and spent some time checking out a few areas - cane and willow type structure. Nothing.

Ran back to Monroe and started trolling in area was told to try. Got 16 pretty quick. 10 were too small to think about keeping and another 6 up to 13.5 inches.

    Kept 9. Fun day.

Only 3rd FL spec trip. Have a lot to learn.

Did confirm than when the wind shifts and increases, the bite stops cold.

Kind of amused at the number of views vs the number of fish report posts by others.

Very nice variety of species y’all caught. Good eats for sure.

Very nice. I'm sure those were some good tugs on the line. Thanks for sharing.

You’ve been busy and doing very well. I sure that black drum had the drag singing.

    Nice mess of fish!
The best thing my dad ever gave me was his love of fishing.
