One year and a half without the poles in my hands, i think i have forgotten all i know. Most know i am not a morning fisherman, but love those late afternoon and nite bites.
With the weather being up and down all winter, the fish on my end of the chain, after they dig their way out of the muck, dont know what season they are in.Although i am still on a cane, i can get around my boat fine, and thought i would give it a strong effort to catch some nice crappie.

Set the alarm, made early morning fri and sat-----------1 crappie fri and none sat morning

fri night and sat before and after dark--------------------2 dinks who went back in.

iM ON TOP OF FISH---THEY JUST DONT RECOGNIZE ME I GUESS, I BEEN AWAY SO LONG--THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH MY HOOK. Tomorrow is another day on Beauclaire and Carlton------think ill skip morning and go to breakfast and hit the evening bite.If all fails , If all else fails i think i will call slab and go fish Griffin with him and his 3 doggies. At least the fish are biting on his end.Or maybe slide over to Dora come Monday.
