Default Central Florida Crappie & Blue Gill Guides

Depending on the cost, I am looking for a guide to go in my boat, teach me about my electronis which include Garmin, Hummingbird Helix 10, Lowarance HDS. Also have livescope the 32 model. Please send me a pm if anyone has an interest. I am new to the area and live in Sebring. Would like to learn how to catch crappie in Flordia.

Can't not understand. Not one response. Guess you people have more business than you can handle.

I read the post but I’d be the student. While I can usually find a few fish I know nothing about those electronics. Hope you find the right teacher.

Youtube and time on the water, time on the water. Experience is the best teacher. Time on the water. Did I mention time on the water?

It might be there are no guides on here.
Or maybe those that are on here aren’t proficient with your electronics.
Plus your response is a bit condescending.

Calvin King fishes Okeechobee, and does livescope setup trips in your boat. I don't know him, but he has a great reputation. Find him on Lake Okeechobee Crappie Club on FB.

Thanks fro the responses. I appreciate them. I know nothing about the local waters. Fish by myself. Have got electronics running out my ears but just as well have a rock sitting in the boat. I am old, getting older by the day. Just looking for some help in understanding the fishery here and the equipment I have on my boat. I am well equipped. Spider rigg is my perferred method using minnows. I got enough jiggs to give everybody in the state of Florida 5 or 6. Raised on fishing minnows and frankly have more confidence in them. I have no problem in spending the money for someone to assist me. I don't want your spots, just to learn this shallow water fisherey.

Exactly, you wont need the electronics for catching Crappies.
The electronics are a hobby unto themselves.
