Thread: Camping at Lake Istokpoga

Hello, I will be camping at lake istokpoga this weekend with my family. I’ve never been to this lake before and haven’t done much crappie fishing. Was at crescent lake a few months ago and managed to catch a few.

I will not have a boat so we will be restricted to the shoreline.

I would appreciate any help or pointers that might get us some fish.

How realistic would it be to think that we might catch enough to have a fish fry?

I might be able to rent a boat one of the days if it will increase our chances.

Again any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
