    Default Caught a few...

Back from some travels, and fished a bit this morn. Caught a few. In two very different waters on the same body of water. Check out the colors.

Caught on same lake, just 15 minutes apart.

Are those the same fish you had pictures of a week or two ago? (LOL.) The color in the first picture is great.

Could be, you never know, as I did release those, and not to the grease.

I caught them on that bright colored PICO Bunny Butt soaked in Slabsauce. Not my usual color, but it's what was at the top of my tackle box at the time. It was great to feel the thump for sure. Today I'm gonna try to "medium line". I don't long line anymore so that I can see the baits in my Livescoop! You see, I point the scooper (Live scope transducer) to the back of the boat, and am able to see my baits and and position them just off the bottom as I troll.

I noticed that bright jig. Not your usual black orange Pico Bunny Butt. Looks like that's exactly what they wanted though.

The rumor is one has just come in from the river is the reason for the color difference. I don't remember which. Nice 'uns!
