Nice fish. Big lake or private or what, and I don’t want your spot. I fish the river close by and get one or two but that’s it.

Thanks Cashman. I’ve got a new BnM gold twelve footer that needs some dipping practice.

All things considered, its hard to beat BnM in my opinion.
My first Crappie rod was a 10’ BnM ultra lite that i bought in a shop at Okeechobee.
I have since bought other brands as well including ACC, BnM Sam Heatons, Pro Angler, and Okuma.
But i still use the old BnM more than the others.
I also have a couple of the 8’ ultra lites, and have recently bought a 11’ rear seat model ultra lite.
I put a Daiwa underspin reel on that, as i didnt like the looks of a regular spinning reel on it.
I have yet to try that outfit, and with the wether being as warm as it is i probably wont be for awhile.
But guess what, they did get the ramp fixed for me.
Even called me to tell me it was finished.
But of coarse i knew that before the guy who called me did. lol
But he told me something i had never thought about.
What causes the big drop off at the end of the concrete, is guys who power their boat back up onto the trailer.
The prop wash just blows a deep hole in the bottom.
