    Taste like chicken. I dono, seems to take like clam does but it's all fried up with other stuff in the fritter. What I like about the fritter is it's a little chewy, kinda like at the edges where it's fried more. Good feeling texture and good taste. Best conch fritters at this place ever inho. And good crab cakes too, but no where near as good as up2specks ones.
