Default Tough half day in the wind

Eileen and I started off around 8:30 with calm winds. I said we need a ripple on the water for fish to bite. Well at 10:30 it started to blow and it blew faster with each 10 minute time. We stayed on the lake until noon but got blown around too much. I decided to go fish up Dunns creek where the wind continued blowing hard. After catching 7 or 8 real good fish we wound up with 8 rods hung up and breaking 7 of them off loosing jigs, egg sinkers, and swivels. That ended our day, but we caught some really nice fish. At it again tomorrow. Tight lines everyone.Name: 20230109_120710.jpg

Those are nice fish Vic. Good job fighting the wind, that makes it tough going. Tell Eileen I said hi. They’re finally breaking loose down here too.
