Been a while since Chucker had been out so we just got the boat wet and stayed close. Never got above no wake speed. We fished about 2 1/2 hours and had three keepers when we got back on the trailer. One was a nice gill over 8” and the other two were crappie that didn’t have to be measured. Sure enjoyed the company and todays low humidity. I’m tired of sweating just walking to the car. Hope y’all get out soon. Just one pic of the star of the show, he tried to steal chucks rod.

Today with Tim was just what the doctor order. I really needed it. Tim was on top of everything to help an old man enjoy a day on the water.
I had a great day. I could not ask for a better friend, Thank you Tim!!!!

Slab, you know what I fish with, but I would draw the line on a Barbie pole. Maybe a snoopy pole but never a Barbie pole. I had Chuck using any of my rods that he cared to pick up, and I brought six. Most had 2lb line and we were both talking and not paying attention so we got hung on some bottom trash and broke off a few times. All said and done, a good visit for us both. I’m glad that I didn’t plan it for the afternoon cuz things got rough for me later in the day. All better today, thank God, just 3 more To go.
