    Default Guide Tips

Going to be in the Georgetown area on the north end of Lake George in a couple of weeks for a week of fishing. I have always wanted to fish the big shiners for big bass. Any tips on the best guide for shiner fishing in that area. Thanks for the help.

The best I know of is big bass guide service and his name is Bob Stonewater and he lives in Deland. 386-736-7120
He’s been guiding since he got out of high school and been featured several times on TV and magazines.

Captain Sean Rush of Trophy Bass Expeditions is a good one. He fishes Rodman in a big aluminum boat with a big bait tank that will hold like 30 dozen shiners and has 150hp tiller on it lol. My dad has been out with him a couple times. He’s really good but he’s usually booked out a ways.

Thanks. Left him a message too. So far only one out of three has contacted me back and they said b. Stonwater was retiring and this guy was taking over but didn’t guide where we are staying.
