Sounds like a great time was had by all
Special thanks goes out to Ed(Slab) for organizing our Florida end o' season Crappiefest @ his home lake(Griffin). Should have been especially easy [COLOR="#0000FF"]pickins for both BillBob and himself after many hours of pre-fishing/no livewell checks and a modest amount of contenders! My excuse was easy = even though I had a new pony for the show(boat), this was it's 1st splashdown after just picking it up from factory three days ago. Re-mounting my MK Ulterra from other boat, my calculation was about 3/4" shy of perfect...while deploying, my lower unit hit bow causing a fault(motor paused) code. Couldn't use trolling motor at all, so tried employing outboard "stop/go" to long-line. Catching only one 13" green pickle AND Mother Nature exercising her lungs @9:30, my competitive edge switched to a Suzi "break-in" exercise and a THUMP THERAPY trial period. Nice folks(some new) and good fresh Publix cold-cuts, CrappieGirl cake/ Slab's moms Potato salad and of course the part of the get-together that "went to the dogs"! Good to see Chucker(after all he's been through), and especially FLYCASTER for whoopin' the KING on his home lake! Until next season- Stay safe, enjoy your blessing folks.

Yep, it's a dogs world for sure.
Hey, if we knew there wasn't gonna be a livewell check we would kept the 14 incher Billbob caught the day before, dang!
Sorry you had TM issues. Hope you get that fixed so you can bring us more awesome stories and pictures.

Thanks for the coverage of the festivities, and glad everything else passed the shakedown cruise test. Good luck with the new sled. I loved most everything about the stick that I had except the ride up front. If smooth moves seats were around back then I might still have it. Sound like a fun time was had by all and congrats to John for the top honors. Sorry I missed everyone, I always enjoy the group. Also good to see Chuker in the pics with his entourage, he must be coming along nicely with his rehab. Looking forward to the next one and hope it’s not on a Saturday I’m scheduled to work. Til then…….

Thx Tim- Got the hydraulic wheel SS and Wave Pro adjustable air pedestal(single pole pedestal), didn't care for the covered, bulky black box-styles of the other two(Wave Pro/Smooth waves). Had conventional ss back in 70's/no shock absorption...know what you mean. This hydraulic wheel has ZERO feedback for the larger 4-strokes(Mine 70 hp).
