Other titles included- 21 Gulf(Gun) Salute, 21 Skidoo Yesterday, I decided to try my luck in the SW environment of Florida's West coast Brine= Blessed decision! Even had a few unexpected Guests show up to extend their New Year's wishes! One even waved goodbye As if that wasn't enough surprise, I was finally able to catch my 1st of the year(last day) thick-shouldered, non-mild mannered, EXCELLENT tablefare POMPANO!! Talk about attitude! Was lucky enough to box a keeper-size(12") MANGO(Mangrove Snapper)...another with attitude! Did real well on the keeper-sizedTROUT so I decided to cull from 17 1/2". Although I didn't get me Trophy-sized(over 19"), I did manage my largest, taping out @exactly 19! Hot bait today was a Bass Assassin/straight-tail shad in Albino coloration on a 1/16 jighead. Great finish for 2021!
Thanks for Ridin', Reelin', Readin'
On another note, for clarity, about a month ago, Slab and I had an enjoyable day on the brine, but unseasonal Florida COLD had Slab experiencing/stating numb, "can't feel my fingers" information. I only feel compelled to share, although late, a pic to justify his predicament...sorry ED, probably should have gotten your permission first!
Ed, I've already sent a note to the Cartoonist that he misspelled your name in this cartoon(middle s is unneeded!
