I called an fwc manatee biologist, sent her pics/videos, and she said if he was swimming he’d likely be fine, that they were doing a rescue by coco so they could not come out.
I sure hope he makes it.

May seem odd to some but that little creature is sure in need of our prayers for healing. That’s a bad deal.
