    Looked like a fresh injury.

    I called an fwc manatee biologist, sent her pics/videos, and she said if he was swimming he’d likely be fine, that they were doing a rescue by coco so they could not come out.

    I sure hope he makes it.

    Sure a good reminder for the need of a kill switch lanyard. Props are some nasty things when they meet flesh.

    I have seen the Manatee near my sisters New Smyrna home, such gentle creatures, sad,sad,sad!

    Looks like a BassMaster going Mach five ran from one end to the other. Bet that hurts some kind of bad.

    May seem odd to some but that little creature is sure in need of our prayers for healing. That’s a bad deal.
