    Default Heading to Lakeland

I will be heading to Lakeland for 10 days. Are the fish biting? I’m just needing some ideas on which lake to look at.

I'm not real sure about anything specific to Lakeland, but the moon's big, and the water temps are about right, plus based on where I've been catching them here on the Harris Chain, they're hitting the shallows, if not now, real, real soon.

I've only fished once this season and that was Monday afternoon for an hour.

They put a new ramp in on the South side of Hancock and the pits on the east side of the lake should be producing, also longlining the main lake should produce as well.

Teneroc always produces once you figure it out.

Garfield and Buffum should be producing as well.

    Haven't heard anything about Crooked.

I'm sure Kissimmee and Rosalie is doing well, if you're staying in the Bartow area again

Thanks guys, I don usually stay in Bartow but this year I’m staying in Lakeland. My mother in laws place is full. I’m glad they have a new ramp at Hancock. Those Buzzards were terrible. Lots of gators in Hancock! Lots of Tilapia in that lake. It really confuses me on the side scan and live scope. Garfield didn’t produce much for me last year. Two years ago I caught several there. But it was after a cold front.

Where is a good lake to fish at night in that area?
