sounds like a good day on the salt. Nice looking trout.
Quite the mind-volley yesterday when trying to decide my always present, cold season venue(ie- Salt vs. Fresh)
Salt vs No-salt was eventually leisurely decided with a comfortable, leisurely launch @11 am. The parking lot was LOADED but that was fine because the bite is Red hot on West coast Salt. My Big Bend zone trout regs were only affected by the trophy-fish measurement drop from 20" to 19". Awesome day of fishing with only 1 ladyfish, no Redfish, no Snook(although probably one LDR), lost count of trout. One excellent, strong-willed 5 lb. Black Drum showed his tug-o-war skills while cruising through one of my redfish spots. Didn't take many pics today(just the biggest 19 3/4" trout). A Glow DOA shrimp was "off the charts"!!
Now, if there are any FIB/CYA agent/s analyzing this legit photo, please take note: Yes, my fishing uniform is the same as other pics from past, BUT check out the Trout's costume please...
Merry Christmas & Crappie New Year folks!

Nice day Doug, wish I was still in Florida catching big specks. I have lower back surgery on 1_5_21. We will be back next year, good Lord willing.
