So I tell my daughter I’ve been catching some fish finally. She decides to come with this morning and what happens; we caught squat, zero, nix, notta...

Unbelievable that we did not even get a bite. The conditions were that same. Same water temp, same wind speed and direction. I Dono. All I can think is, on my last trip out I released all the fish and they told on me! Dang fish, I sure wish they were not so smart. Stay out of schools crappie! Thanks all I ask.

Then this afternoon I go out for just an hour casting around to see if maybe they were just a little too cold this morn and low and behold, I caught a few! But it was a different area than where I had previously released all those schooled fish at! Hmmm



Casting sauced up bunny butts. Little to no thump (soft bite).

that is the way it goes. some days you get the best of the fish, some days the fish get the best of you. glad you got out with the daughter.
