that looks like a good day. Next time the back of the boat will take off.
Went out Wednesday with a 20 percent chance of rain. Cloudy with a light southerly breeze was perfect. Wow did it rain on the wife and I. Not a problem just put on our suits and kept at it. Dark cloud after another rolled over, no lightning so we kept at it, picking up a nice one ever so often. Back of the boat not to productive today, wife not happy with that. Changed colors, depth, nothing seemed to work. Some days are like that. I kept pulling them in. Started hearing rumbling in the background and saw the lightning flash, we're outa there. Nice day

A good days catch, glad you beat the lightning. I’m no fan of it either. Tried one area this morning with nothing shakin so I pulled, went by Dunkin and made brownie points with my queen, then went and caught a few crappie myself. Gave 8 and a nice gill to a friend I work with. Sounds like the rain is going to be prevalent the rest of the weekend.

Good day fighting the weather Marv. I'll fish in the rain any day but lightning changes everything!
