Default Where did the blue gill go

Fished Jessup Tuesday. Could not even get a bite from a blue gill. Saturday I caught 16 large one. All males showed signs of making beds, but none of the females had developed eggs.
Did manage 4 crappie and a shellcracker

I’ve been thinking about Jesup as I drive around this week. It should be about right over there. Got the boat back ahead of schedule so I’ll be going somewhere. Hope you find a few more next time out.

I was out yesterday trying my luck on the river. I talked to another boater who said that FWC come through and sprayed the other day and now there was nothing around to catch. I know that he was not doing any good and I'm not going to brag about how I did.

another good day at the office !
