Default Cold and windy but good bite

I started to get the shakes from not fishing, so yesterday I went out to my spot from a week ago and the bite was on. It was 45 at the start with 10/15 winds. Needless to say I was cold the first few hrs. Caught a limit of big males, only 1 female and she had eggs. Tough fishing alone, my partner doesn't like the cold winds. Shoot this morning it was 36 at 9am, too cold for the middle of April. I hear it's too hot already in Florida and records are being broken.

On another note, Georgia boys fish camp has been sold and the new owners are very nice people. They are committed to doing a lot of work around camp like fixing the ramp and boat houses, along with touching up all the cabins. They are committed to catering to speck and brim fishermen. That's what the camp really needs, someone who cares about the clients. I wish them good luck and assure them they will have my business.

Temps might have been cold but the bite was HOT! Some nice looking fish. Count your blessings Vic, at least your Queen will go when it’s nice. Keep after them and you two stay healthy.
