I have to preplan days off work.
Go figure every single day that I plan off, theres a cold front the day before.
Then its blowing north winds ect.
Im not asking for places to fish, but if you were stuck fishing
day after a cold front, what would you do? If I stay home I'll go crazy, boat sits in garage. Starting to look like tool bench.
Minnows? jigs? open water? or mouth of canals?
    Its Slightly Frustrating...lol
Nice forum, I normally just read.
    Thanks J

Glad you piped up and joined in J. Welcome from Debary. Myself, I would troll a lot of different colors til I found some fish. Maybe some jig and float in some interesting areas but I’d keep moving and trying til something spoke up and you got some fish.

I’m a weekender too, been weird for a while.

When it's windy I like to find calmer cove with some depth and weeds, and just "spot lock" and make long casts with the wind at my back. Fish weeds with Bunny Butt soaked in Slabsauce is my go-to setup. 6 Lb test line. Long casts cover a lot of water. Black Crappie like to hang out around the weeds. Just have to find some that have depth, and some casting paths between the weeds. IMHO
