    Flying down Sunday for a week at Okeechobie....any new fishing reports ? As usual Im following a cold front it looks like.

    I came home the 19th, so not sure. There are fish in the reeds from Buckhead to I.P. canal. Some days are really good, others average. Afternoon bite had been best. Buddy fished morning yesterday out of Indian Prarie, only caught 8. Hit/Miss with the cold fronts probably. Wish I was there to try!

    One buddy caught 12, another 13 today, between buckhead poles and 3rd point.

    3rd point was going off a couple weeks ago but it slowed way down. I'd launch at lock 7 and would go to little grassy and find the thickest patch of water lettuce I could find and pull into it with the big motor and fish it slow. I got a spaghetti spoon taped to a cane pole I use to rake a pocket and drop the jig in.
