    Yep, if your not looking at least 6 months out it is very difficult. Some parks you have to be logged in and waiting at 7:00am 11 months to the day waiting to book.

    Lake Wauberg butts up against the state park, and it has some decent crappie, panfish, and bass in it. There is a boat ramp that you can access from the park, and I believe the lake is electric-motor-only. That's not such a big deal as the lake is only about 350 acres or so.
