At Lake Hatchineha, specks are being caught while drifting minnows around the Hourglass area.
At Lake Toho, bass fishing with live shiners has been excellent during the mornings. The guides are getting 20-25 fish a trip up to five-pounds with an occasional seven to eight-pounder. Speck fishing is good both day and night on jigs tipped with minnows. The bite is picking up from the seawall and piers as well.
At Lake Kissimmee, bass are hanging around the kicker trails and mussel bars. Fish a Carolina Rig worm or a Rat-L-Trap for these fish. Some bass are biting Senkos fished slowly in the lily pads. Specks are biting around North Cove and the east side of Storm Island. Trolling jigs, drifting with minnows, and jigging the brush piles is producing.
