Thank you. It is a nice lake but so far getting a fish over 12" has been hard. I don't know if it is because the lake is under fished or what.
Could you give me a lake condition on Sampson. It used to be one one of my favorite lakes in the area but the lake time T_om and I was there it was so weeded up that we couldn't push jigs. I started fishing that lake back when the ramp was on the side of the railroad bridge. It used to be a long rough gravel road to get there and it would beat my Stumpknocker to death. I can't get my 22' bay boat under the bridge so can't fish Raul now. Do they still catch white bass there I can remember there being 20 or more boats there when they were schooling and hitting on the surface. Everyone at one end of the lake throwing Rattle Traps. Don
I don't mind sharing where I caught my fish.
Most was caught in their mouth.
