Default I had a "CRAPPIE Day yesterday!

The weatherman was predicting another early morning dense fog. So I got up about 4:30 and there was no fog!I had a "CRAPPIE Day yesterday! I know how it can roll in pretty fast, so I left early for the lake, the fog was supposed to burn off by 9
am. Long story shorter, NO FOG, ended up catching 35 by 9 am and brought home my limit. My neighbors will be enjoying these. I had a "CRAPPIE Day yesterday!

Spider rigging ( can't get away from using minnows) I had a "CRAPPIE Day yesterday!I had a "CRAPPIE Day yesterday!I had a "CRAPPIE Day yesterday! Anything with chartreuse in it worked, water temperature was 72, cloudy with a nice breeze from time to time.

Nice tally Marv, have a rubber landing net coming in the mail for my hoop size, never thought about zip tying, could have gotten 1 of them fly fishing type, good idea.

    Jeff,

In the photo I used the net to prop open the cooler for photo. lol When I first bought the rubber net, it was sooo heavy I cut off a couple of inches. Found out that fishing alone most of the time, I was losing more fish trying to get to the net. 99% of the time I don't use a net anymore, lose one now and again but I got a pretty good system going, I think.

That's what I was thinking about...the weight, the fly nets are much shallower, but are suppose to be attached to the wooden hoop with a wet design thread, new fly net looks much like yours cut.
