Getting ready for Irma

Getting some sandbags. The garage will get some water in it when it comes down real fast here and I don't want to have to clean it out cause of Irma. It's nice that they give out free sandbags here, all you have to do if fill the bags yourself. Dang things are heavy, hope my back don't go out. doh

Of course I did. I helped the husband back his truck into there so they could load'er up.

All set here.... As well as can be.... We're moving into the RV if the power goes out.... Chicken are on there own!

Ready here,except need to harvest the bananas.

Bananas aren't trees since they have no woody parts. The trunk is composed of the main fruiting stem enrobed by leaves. Banana tree leaves are huge - depending on the variety, they can be up to 2' wide and 9' long.
