Water Temps / Spawn
Thoughts on 59 - 63 degree water temps? I found the bigger fish in shallow water a couple weeks ago in this range, better times were just before dark and an hour or two past on days where we had good sunlight. Cloudy days seemed to cool off quicker and the fish went back out or at least did not feed at dark. Seems like 75-80 degree days with good sun is a good combo for right at dark bite, any opinions on the water temps?
Take your trash out with you. Respect the resources. Take a kid fishing. Have patience at the boat ramp.

the old adage of 1 hr before sunup - or - sundown is always the best for the bite - Florida waters react best to this
when fishing the grass lines - fish are either comming out of grass or going into grass to feed
Stained water vs temp is prime thought in Florida.

I ran across that article long ago here, there are so many factors involved, like the water color, depth, and many other factors. My wife has the ability to cause me to over fish which allows me to spend too much time testing all of the theory's. The more time invested in testing them all helps me to find serenity and put table fare in the homestead.

I do agree on the grass line to where it meets the pads. 100% of my catch comes from there. Everything else is uncharted water to me, and from what I read probably is full of fish...
