    relaxing time

The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"

Comtortably sleep 6(2 adults and 4 kids) Has a queen bed in sleeper, 2 double bunks and a couch and table that could be forced to sleep 2 really small kids if needed. I would say 4 adults comfortably.
Yes I can park at home. No HOA for me, got too much stuffs for HOA. I am 500 yards from city limits but zoned rural residential on dirt road .
You would have to discuss me taking valuable vacation days for fishing trips away from her camping. Doubt it would end well, but I would love to watch the conversation and record video for youtube

Ft. Desoto, love that place but dern hard to get a site, especially in the area that allows dogs and on water.
