Hey Harold
I had a variety but I did use some blu chrome and a black chrome..
Marv. what colors were you working with (bandits)?
A shad color seems to work best in Walk-in-Water =
Tarpon likes off brown - dark green (chart)
I have found that the lipless cranks (BPS xts) very thin - 2 in long, have a tighter
wobble and vibration, produce most of my hits - usually run them at 1.1 - 1.4 mph
35 - 50ft max behind boat

My best Bandit colors around here in the Mississippi lakes are: Mistake, Black Bubblegum, Awesome Pink, Orange Crush and the two chromes (Blue, Black), Kinda in that order. I pull 300's at 1.0 to 1.5 if possible: ie Wind, weather. I let out line according to the bandit chart for the depth I want my bait to run. With the 300's if you let out 22 ft. of 10# line, your bait will run at 8 ft. Any chance in line #, speed, or ft. of line out will chance where your bait will run. Good luck!!!!

I have a myriad of colors and some that everyone speaks highly of don't do beans for me. Pink is always there as is a shad pattern of some variation. This summer has been slow for me when I have gotten the time to go but that hasn't been very often. My rods are out the side and far back but my waters are deeper than Florida usually offers. This is something I'll be figuring out this coming year as I relocate in just a few days. I use braid for my main line and when I find a happy spot it allows me to mark it with a sharpie so I can return to that depth/length. Tons of fun.
