I said after the last Project Boat that it would be the last one I would do. I'm getting too old for this crap......BUT, Talquin Maggie got very comfortable with The Free Bird and she just cant quite adjust to the Crappie Master. So she found a boat that she really liked and I decided that I'd buy it when I sold my Crappie Master. It was an 18 ft Ranger Fisherman Center Console rigged and ready to fish. Well, it sold right before I sold my boat so I had to start looking again and this is what I found. It's a one owner 2000 Sylvan 1900 Excursion with a 2004 Mercury 115 4 Stroke. Kinda set up like a Walleye Boat. It has plenty of room and storage. It came with a bimini top, snap on boat cover and some out dated equipment, but everything was fully functional. The inside of the boat was pretty well "weathered". (Still don't know why he never used the boat cover.) We came to terms on the price and here I go again with another Project Boat. I am hoping to restore it back to as close to original as I can. Here is what I brought home:

It looks worse than what it is, but I am replacing the floor with marine grade plywood and new carpet. Gonna need a lot od TLC and elbow grease to get it like new again. It has a 40 gallon livewell in the back and a 22 gallon livewell in the front. I am replacing all the aerator pumps and bilge pump. Switches all work but a few accessories need to be replaced. Putting new electronics, rod holders and I-Pilot on it. I worked on it the last 2 afternoons and this is how far I have gotten:

I'm ready to put the floor in now, then I'll start on the front. I'm busy this weekend but I hope to get back on it Monday or Tuesday.
