    Default Fish Chowder

    1 onion diced
    1 lb.Chorizo Sausage ( I put in 3 or 4 kinds of sausage)
4 15oz. Cans Italian style diced tomatoes
1 15 oz. Can chicken broth
1 lb. Fish cut into 1" portions
    Salt + pepper to taste.
Fry sausage and onion first, then add to tomatoes simmer 45 minutes or so add chicken broth as it reduces.
ADD FISH IN THE LAST 10 MINUTES, DO NOT STIR!!!
I normally make 3 or 4 batches at a time and freeze in meal size portions to heat and eat later.

    Enjoy!

THANKS for the recipe, best chowder
The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"

The list of stuff I won't eat is relatively short, but Possum is on it near the top.
