    RIP Nate TC called me yesterday and blew me away with this info. Nate and I got to fish together a few weeks ago in the same boat for the first time practicing for the tournement he and TC were in on cresent lake. It was a great day and he taught me a few things. I have seen Nate for years on all the lakes in the area and talked with him many times. We started to talk on this forum a few years ago and after the santa fe slab fest last year we relized we fished next to one and another many time before. He loved speck fishing and realy didn't care about catching anything else.We touched base often and let each other know were we going fishing and what days. My prayers go out to his family and friends you will be missed Nate Till we meet again. B

    Thanks for all the prayers, his family sure needs em right now. I still havent heard anything other than what the news is reporting. I talked to his mom and brother yesterday but they were both very short conversations. I didnt really know what to say to them, it was a shock to me and I couldnt find the right words other than "im sorry". They didnt know if his boat was flipped, damaged, or anything. One of them is supposed to call me back when they have more details on his death or with information on his viewing and funeral. I will post something as soon as I find out. Im sure they have alot going on right now.

    Man. I hate to hear that. Im from SC and fish a good bit in Florida when I get the chance. Sorry for your loss. May the grace of God which surpasses all understanding be granted to the ones left behind. Our prayers are with you and the family.
