Stolen boat

How many of us have our boats properly locked down and chained to protect
them from being stolen.
Someone came on Marvin & Laura Wiggins property Saturday nite, put the boat
trailer tongue on a hitch, tied the chains tight to their vehicle and moved the boat
away from Marvin's carport. The boat (Ranger -new rebuilt 150 merc, new ternova trolling
motor, depth finders, all rods/reels and tackle boxes) STOLEN AT NIGHT. CARPORT NEXT TO HOUSE.... Sub. division Bartow, Fl.
Marvin/Laura - we at FCC are deeply sorry for your loss. Hopefully, someone will spot
it in area or possible Police will recover it.

The boat is a 1989 Ranger 363 Dual console Merc 150 Burgany seats

I'm sorry to hear about this Marvin and Laura. Why are people so STUPID! What could they possible do with the boat, I mean they can't go renew the sticker when it expires. Marvin I hope they find your boat soon and I hope they catch those IDIOTS!

If it is anything like the skiffs and bayboats that are stolen it is parted out by now and dumped somewhere or locked up in a container on its way to Mexico or South America. But hopefully for Marvin it is not and it is recovered.
