I have never said do not post the FCC tourneys or results. except the 1 week it conflicted with the slabfest that was organized by members of CDC. And I am with you crappielover on the reading of info. Simply don't bank on the info provided.

Jamin696, i believe the lake you have reference to is Parrish, 8,000 acre impoundment
built by Parrish Power Plant back in 90's...........Used to be open 1 - 2 times per
month by power company and allowed x-number of boats in to fish and charged a
donation to a charity sometimes 10 - 25.00 Have been told by many fishermen
in area as well as couple boilermakers who worked on power plant that fish were
monsters in there. Sept 11th, 2001 ended that..........security is extremely high
and no one is allowed in there now. We have made a number of trips to plant
and appealed the upper powers to be and they continue to hold firm of no entry.
Will continue to talk with them - possible some day they may favor us.
September 24th, Sante Fe Lake, i sould be back from deer huntin in Carolina by then. Since there isnt a scheduled tournament in true north Florida this is a prime opportunity. I dont have anything against FCC either i have just always petitioned for more tourneys up this way considering all the good lakes we have to fish. Look forward to fishing if yall accept. Maybe we can finally prove that you dont have to be a "pro" or "semi pro" to catch fish

Sounds great TC, can you put together some additonal teams to make it
interesting for both sides ? Think Pontiac65 will get in, believe he from your
area?.
The Clermont Chain could be a fun place for a crappie tournament. The lakes are a little spread out so it might not be the ideal location, but I thought I'd throw it out there. I'm not certain that you guys haven't already fished these waters during a previous tournament.

I will make some calls but i cant promise anything. What is bad is that is took us to get in a pissing contest before we could even get folks from FCC to come up our way and fish. I never even turned on FCC until jammin started throwing out challenges and jumping on my posts, i havent had a prob with you 813, you havnt been blatently rude for no reason.

SYG, I'm sure you are a nice fellow, but from a purely objective standpoint, your posts also come across as overly-confident. I'm not saying that you are the only one who is proud of their catch, but it doesn't surprise me that some folks would perceive you as a little ego-driven. Hope you don't take this in a negative manner, but you just did it again. 813 is trying to compromise and make something happen in your neighborhood, and your previous response is not exactly full of gratitude.
I have never met anyone on this board except for CrapSlabStu, so again my comments are completely objective. Take it for what its worth. I hope we can all get along and fish together so we can learn from one another. I have certainly learned a few things from your posts SYG.

Being inconsiderate, rude, thoughtless is not what most fisherman are made of,
sometimes flustrated like golfers maybe. This is open forum, postitive thoughts and helpful hints on various lake locations and how fish react in these lakes all contribute
to making a fun day of fishing. At times i should lighten up, don't realize i at times
get to serious on fishing subject......but am eager to learn from others.. I always
try to be positive in my respones and posts.
FCC fished Johns Lake, February 12th this year out of Public Ramp off hwy 50.
14 teams entered - Tommy Kinsler had first "big fish" of 2 lbs, 1 oz.
Sam Adams had second "big fish" 1 lb, 14 oz.
Darryl & Terri Cole won tournament with 7 fish weight of 10 lbs, 8 oz.
This lake will most likely be on schedule again for 2012...................
