And it made me smile as well my friend.
Some of you know that a several years back I* was in an accident that left me with considerable brain damage. That being said, I would like to share a dream that my brain produced last night.
It starts that I wanted to go fishing but my boat was in the shop. I was really depressed that I* couldn't go. Then I came up with a plan to solve my dilemma. I drove to the hobby store and purchased a drone and a camera. I tied 50 ft of line to it and tied on a jig colored scuppernong. I had the coordinates of a good brush pile and flew it there from my location on the bank. I vertical jigged by moving the drone up and down in 5 ft increments. I finally caught a small crappie and was admiring it on the camera when I could see a peregrine falcon come down and grabbed my fish and flew off with my drone. I sat with my head in my hands sad and reflecting on what has just happened. Then I* hear a voice and a police officer asked what I was up to. I told him I was fishing. He said right. Where's your pole he asked? I woke up just as he was giving me a field sobriety test.
Even though having a brain disability is tough most days, occasionally it produces something that makes me smile
