    Dear cr0whunt,

Last week, you received an invitation to get a SquareTrade GPS Care Plan for your purchase: NEW! Garmin GPSMAP 76 Waterproof Floating Mapping GPS.

We want to remind you that you have just two weeks left to get this valuable coverage from SquareTrade, the deadline to act on this offer is January 20, 2008.
Just 13 days left to get a
    GPS Care Plan

NEW! Garmin GPSMAP 76 Waterproof Floating Mapping GPS
Care Plan Available: 100% Parts & Labor
    Care Plan Price: $12.99
    That's only $0.36 a month.*

If your item stops working and can't be fixed, you get
your full $XXX.00 back to spend on a newer item.*

    • Get Your Money Back: SquareTrade reimburses your full item price if your item breaks down and can't be fixed.*
    • The 5-Day Guarantee: your item's repaired or you're paid out within five days, or your warranty's free.
    • Superior Coverage: all normal-use mechanical and electrical failures are covered, even from standard wear and tear.
    • Online Tracking: manage all your warranties and claims online, with no need to hunt for receipts.
    • Risk Free: a full refund on your warranty is available up to 60 days from the auction's close. Transfer or cancel anytime.

Since 1999, SquareTrade has built a reputation for quality and dependability with eBay buyers and sellers alike. They've spent years building a better warranty by empowering consumers with the tools they need to make an informed decision. Everything you want to know is available up-front. If your item fails, it's fixed or you're paid out within five days, guaranteed. You can even file a claim online and track its progress from beginning to end.

And because SquareTrade does warranties - and ONLY warranties - there's a high attention to detail. They don't have commissioned salespeople. They don't sell merchandise. SquareTrade concentrates on the important things: providing you with a low cost, world-class service that makes sure you get your money's worth out of the electronics you buy.

That's why we offer SquareTrade Care Plans to customers like you. It's excellent value at a price you won't beat, and that's why you're on eBay, after all. But the warranty for your item is only available for a limited time. Click here to protect your purchase today, or go to www.squaretrade.com and type in its eBay item number: XXXXXXXXXX.

Thank you again for your winning bid. Please contact me if you have any questions about the auction.

    Sincerely,

Care Plans are only available to US buyers and coverage starts 60 days from item purchase date.

*SquareTrade gives you the full item price back (not a refurbished replacement) if we can't fix your item. Depending on the value of the item (generally $500 or less), you may simply be reimbursed without an attempt to repair. A small shipping charge may be deducted on smaller items; shipping/home repair for larger items such as laptops and televisions is free.

I'm pretty sure it's affiliated with either Ebay or Pay pal. I got it on a bluetooth phone, but haven't used it yet. My wife busted the glass on the stupid thing, so I'll be trying it out in the next week or so. If I find out how it is, I'll let you know.

Thanks guys. I'll pay the $13 for the protection since it seems legit.
