Thread: HDS gen 2 question

I have mounted a new Terrova on my boat and have HDS gen 2 touch electronics. My Terrova has dual spectrum chirp transducer in it. Has anyone used a DSc transducer with HDS gen 2 touch and it works correctly? Some people say it won’t work with gen 2 and all Minn Kota will say is that the adapter will connect the two?

Not that I'm aware of, as far as I know the only built in Minn Kota transducer that will work with other brands is the US2. Also, you Gen 2 isn't capable of running standalone chirp.
