Last year I bought 2 Impulse Lithium 100ah platinum batteries for my Trolling motor. After I started using the batteries I noticed that one would discharge at a different rate than the other. Both hav Bluetooth. I called Impulse and we discussed issue, they said keep using them and they felt like it wood straighten itself out. Was not causing and issue with me so that was fine
Gonna put boat up 1st Nov (had back surgery). Chged batteries, turned all breakers off. Stored for winter
Middle Feb, unseasonably warm, better get boat out. Plug in smart charger. Cranking battery still chged, 1 Lithium still fully chged, questionable Lithium dead. Would not take chg
Called Impulse, Josh asked me to do 1 thing. Leave questionable battery hooked to chger, unhook other lithium and use jumper cables hot-hot,neg-neg. Battery would still not charge
Impulse sent me a return label. The morn they got battery back they ran diagnostics and had me a new battery on way back same day
i would highly recommend Impulse batteries and their Customer Service!!
