    Default Garmin livescope installation

    Hey folks,
I have a dilemma in the fact of a new boat....I am trying to decide if I want to go 4 hours away to purchase and they install everything and it will be ready to fish OR go 30 minutes away and purchase but they are not Garmin dealers so I would have to take the boat to someone else to install the livescope.

Question is: Are there any places in Central Georgia that will install that would do a good job?

Just an FYI: the boats are pretty similar in price but one is a stick steer and the other is a center console War Eagle. The wife tells me to get whatever I want....

    TIA

I think I would like the center console better and for the same dealer do everything.

The dealer that does it all is the stick steer boat....it's custom made called the "Ultimate Panfish" built in Alabama. The War Eagle would be from the closer dealer....I'm really leaning towards the WE but it's tough to not get one that is ready to fish right away. Does BPS install electronics if you purchase from them? Or better to find a local boat guy?

To me having the boat you liked would be priority to having electronics installed. I'm not sure if BPS does installs

I’d get the boat that makes you smile 😃 my 01 still brings out a grin when I get a chance to take her out, especially the no payment part lol.

Where are you in central Georgia. Big area. Several marine locations around Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair.

My bad I see where you’re from now. Don’t know much around that area. Call your local bass clubs as that may be the quickest way to find out about help with your install.

I'm liking the stick steer. Would also take a look at the Royal stick steer out of Dothan Al. That boat does look pretty sweet if it rides rough water like they say. I would have to take it for a spin. I've personally never been in an aluminum stick steer that had a smooth ride. As we get older the convenance of the stick steer is great for me. Scott

72 Marine in Elberton will install whatever you want put in your boat. Their mechanic is A1. Also might check with Webb's watercraft Service and Repair also in Elberton. You can look both of them up online.
