Will I need 5 port Ethernet
I am saving to buy new minn kota ultrex quest with built in msi mdi. I will hopefully be connecting it and a mega 360 to a helix 10 msi G4N unit on bow and on to my console unit. Right now, with my old old old maxim trolling motor, this helix 10 on bow is directly connected to my console helix 9. Will I also need to buy the 5 port black Ethernet switch box? Confusing question I am sure. Thank you in advance for your help and info.

To Network 2 HB head units and Minn Kota iPilot iLink you will need the AS ETH 5XPG or the newer AS ETH 5PGL ...

The newer AS ETH 5PGL is supposedly for networks with with multiple Network devices for higher data transfer ... but does not work with HELIX G1 or G2 networkable units ...

You will also need a Y cable to connect the 360 and the trolling motor transducer to the unit, not sure of the number.
