Waypoints on my garmin 106sv
I recently linked up both my garmin units and when I mark a spot on my unit the waypoints are not transferring did I miss something, do I have to turn something on, or why don’t they transfer from one unit to another when marked.

Slabprowler thanks for the info, I just went out there and one unit was on and the other unit was off, turned both units on and marked a spot in the yard and went to both units. Thank you again sir.

Just a heads up that I also learned! You may already know ! But if you hit the mark button it only marks where the boat is not what you’re trying to mark . Once you hit the pause screen button There is a little sideways tear drop like icon in the upper right corner of the screen that you have to hit for it to mark the exact spot !
